Additionally, we acquire property for redevelopment or rehabilitation to mixed-use where affordable and workforce housing is a key element. Existing and occupied property acquisitions must either be vacant or have tenants on short-term leases. Acquisitions take the form of direct purchases and creatively structured land leases.
