Thomas Atlee

Thomas is an Assistant Project Manager for the Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) development group at Alliant Strategic Development. He works on all aspects of a project’s development life cycle including land acquisition, entitlements, design, feasibility, budgeting, and construction. Thomas was previously a Senior Analyst at Freddie Mac Multifamily Underwriting & Credit Division, Western Region. He graduated from Yale University with a degree in economics and is a graduate of Loyola High School in Los Angeles.
