Susana Jagodzinski

Susana Jagodzinski is the Vice President of Development for Alliant Strategic Development. Her remit includes ESG Compliance, ensuring that the company meets its ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) commitments, managing the ongoing progress of design, entitlements, permitting, and construction for the company; her experience as a LEED Accredited Professional benefits ASD’s ongoing commitment to sustainability. Susana has over 15 years of project management experience in the real estate and building industry and has successfully completed projects valued at over $1 Billion. Prior to joining ASD, she was the VP of Development & Construction for a private development company who focused on mixed-use and retail properties. She has also held various project management positions with architectural, environmental, and land use consulting firms, working on a variety of project types including residential, commercial, and institutional. Susana has extensive entitlement experience in Southern California and is a licensed California real estate professional.
