Scott Nakaatari

Scott Nakaatari heads the low income housing tax credit development group for Alliant Strategic Development. Scott spent over 6 years at Meta Housing where he developed over $600MM Low Income Housing Tax Credit projects throughout the West Coast region including mixed use, special needs, and attainable housing. He is responsible for all aspects of a projects development life cycle including land acquisition, entitlements, design, feasibility, budgeting, and construction. Scott was previously a Vice President in Onewest Bank’s commercial real estate group. He graduated cum laude from UCLA majoring in international economics and earned an MBA from U.C. Berkeley.
