Eddie Lorin

Eddie Lorin is Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Alliant Strategic Development. He is a real estate owner, developer and acting principal. Throughout the course of his career, he has successfully acquired and developed more than 200 properties; 40,000 units contained in over $4.2 billion in real estate. Eddie is also an avid proponent and a self proclaimed “mad scientist of Affordable Housing” searching for creative solutions to help solve the crisis in combination with the LIHTC program. He is a member of ULI, Novogradac Op Zones Coalition, a board member of Homes4Families (veterans housing). He and his wife Jane founded the 501C3 HAPI Foundation to promote health and wellness in apartment communities. He earned his bachelor’s degree from the University of California, Los Angeles.
