About Achal
Achal Adhikari is a Senior Project Manager at Alliant Strategic Development. In his position, he manages all facets of project management related to budget, schedule, procurement, quality, and risk for various multifamily real estate projects including planning, design, construction, occupancy, and closeout. Achal spent over 5 years working at Wilshire Construction LP fully delivering 3 different projects with occupancy certificates, totaling over 500 units and $120 million in construction contract for developer Jamison Properties LP. He has a MS degree in Civil Engineering – Construction Engineering and Management from Viterbi School of Engineering at USC.
