LOS ANGELES, CA (February 14, 2024)– Alliant Strategic Development (ASD) announced the appointment of Steven Spielberg as Senior Vice President of Affordable Housing. Mr. Spielberg brings over two decades of multifamily development experience to his new role, where he will spearhead all affordable housing efforts, overseeing acquisition, entitlement, design, and construction operations.

Prior to joining Alliant Strategic Development, Mr. Spielberg served as Vice President of Real Estate Development at EAH Housing, where he played a pivotal role in launching and growing EAH Housing’s Southern California regional office. He was responsible for hiring and managing development staff and overseeing the acquisition and development of all its initial affordable housing projects.

Mr. Spielberg has also previously held positions with Step Up, AMCAL, and several other developers of multifamily and market-rate housing. Before his career in Real Estate Development, Mr. Spielberg served as a consultant for IBM’s mid-market consulting group.
Steven Spielberg holds an M.B.A. from the Marshall School of Business at the University of Southern California and a B.A. in Psychology from The University of Missouri, Columbia.
