Alliant Strategic Development assists, advises, and invests in redeveloping underutilized and surplus educational, religious, and other real property, putting it to the highest and best use.
Alliant Strategic Development works with a number of school districts and others across the state, helping them to evaluate their current real estate holdings and utilization. We work to identify surplus and or underutilized assets and seek to create value for ownership and other local stakeholders.
One example of how we can help school districts relates to providing affordable housing to teachers and school district staff. As the cost of housing continues to increase without educator salaries keeping pace, school districts are trying to find ways to stem the flow of teachers out of schools and attract new talent. One approach that school districts may use to accomplish the goal of attracting and retaining quality teachers and staff is through the development of affordable attainable housing.
